Background
P.A.T was founded in 1999 and is registered as a charity with the county council in Oppland and the government register i Brønnøysund under org. no. 983 413 064 .
Aims
P.A.T ´ s main aim is to assist in the upbringing and education of children and teenagers based on christian ethics ( see resolutions § 2).

Philosophy
Those of us engaged in P.A.T believe that life is a gift of God og wish to take care of the abilities and talents everyone has been given. Everyone is born equal,although we recognize that everyone has different talents. Versitility gives strength.
